Description: Your child has just been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and it may feel as though the ground has dropped out from under you. A range of strong and conflicting emotions arise and you’re wondering what this will mean for you and your family. The challenges may seem overwhelming at first, but you don’t have to face them alone. This workshop discusses ASD and what it means for your child and family, while providing tips and resources you can access and utilize to better navigate this new diagnosis.
